What we do
Value2Exit helps SME owners understand what their business is worth before they sell, score how ready they are for an exit, and verify their business so qualified buyers can find it with confidence. We combine a structured valuation model, live global market signals, and a staged disclosure ladder.
We are not a broker and we do not transact deals. Our role is intelligence and preparation: defensible numbers, readiness scoring, and a clear path to buyer-ready verification. Transactions are completed through regulated professionals where required.
Who we are
Value2Exit is built by Loadcircle Ltd (Company No. 16956262, registered in England & Wales, registered office 29 Stimpson Avenue, Northampton, NN1 4LP), a UK company behind a product family of identity, compliance, and verification tools including TenderCircle, EmployerChecks, and BusinessChecks. The same team builds the verification and compliance infrastructure that Value2Exit\u2019s trust scoring depends on.
Our valuation work draws on public company register data, industry benchmarks, and global economic signals from sources such as the World Bank, IMF, UN Data, BIS, WTO, and ILO — the same data layers used across the Loadcircle estate.
How our numbers work
